Happy 2nd Birthday Natalie!

September 12th, Happy 2nd Birthday Natalie! We went to Natalie's party on Sunday, but I forgot to bring my camera. Lily was a little shy, but I think that had a lot to do with her getting up from her nap and us running out the door. She loved playing in the bouncy house that they had and decorating her own cupcake. :)

Grandma J's Visit

Grandma J was here for a visit from Florida for a month. Lily got to see her almost everyday. I just wish she was old enough to treasure those memories. Grandma got a cold towards the end of her visit. I hope she made a speedy recovery when she got back to Florida. Here are a couple pictures and a video of her with Lily.

Happy Anniversary Mom & Dad Janzen

September 6th - Happy 41st Anniversary mom and dad! You're truly an inspiration to us all. Michael and I are both very fortunate that our parents are still married and for over 40 years.

Brookfield Zoo & Park

Sept 5th, Today we went to the Brookfield Zoo, and Lily loved the children's zoo and discovery area. We were lucky we had a beautiful day. We took the dogs to the park, and Lily still tries to walk them every chance she gets. As you can tell from the pictures, this doesn't go very well. I think they love the bubbles more than the park.

Class & Wedding

Sept 4th, Today was Lily's first Parent & Tot tumbling class. She wasn't a fan of the class in the beginning, but when they go to go on the trampoline and the big swing, she was a very happy girl. She did very well on the climbing wall, but didn't like the bars.

Today my cousin Mallorie got married. It was a very beautiful ceremony and reception. We wish you many more years of love and happiness.

This was Lily when we went to get her in the morning. :) She managed to get both of her arms out of her pj's and they were still zipped and snapped.

Pretend Playground

Sept 2,
We took Lily to the Pretend Playground in Mundelein today. We had planned on going to the zoo, but it was raining. Lily had a great time!
