Olivia Update!

We're in the final stretch before Olivia arrives. We still haven't decided on a middle name, but have it narrowed down to two. We had a growth ultrasound done a few weeks ago, and it's estimated that she was already at 7.5lbs. Dr. Tyler said we just not destined to have small babies. Due to growth and not being able to go late with this delivery, we've decided to schedule a repeat c-section for Friday, January 28th at 10am. We're all very excited about meeting our little girl, but also a little nervous. We'll be spending a lot of extra one on one time with Lily this week.

Be Safe!

We were very fortunate this year for Christmas that Shawn was able to join us. He's currently in boot camp in Ft. Knox. He came home on crutches, which makes me pray and worry for him even more. He gets injured in boot camp, how could I not worry! He was here for 2 weeks, and I can't wait to see him again (soon I hope). Please be safe Fester!

Snowman!

We took advantage of the "warm" day to take Lily out to play in the snow, sled and build a snowman. The snow was too soft that when we tried to pull her in the sled, she'd sink. We made a couple laps around the cul-de-sac, but that was it. She did have a good time throwing snowballs for Bean and Winnie to catch, actually for Winnie to catch, Bean watched. Her and Micheal built a snowman, she was very excited about him when he was complete.

Happy 10th Birthday Bean!

I can't believe that Bean is now 10 years old! She's really starting to slow down, and to celebrate her birthday, she lost a tooth. :( She's started to grunt a lot at everyone and prefers to just hang out and watch instead of always playing. Happy Birthday Bean!!!

Merry Christmas!

Bounce!

Nothing says Christmas like a kid's dance party!

Michael and I are very fortunate that we're able to spend the holiday's with our families and without too much travel. We spent Christmas Eve with my family, and Christmas day with his. Lily opened a few presents, but for the most part, she was more interested in what everyone else was doing and her old toys. I think Michael and I were more excited about her trampoline, then she was. We wish everyone had a very Merry Christmas and a Happy & Healthy New Year.

Bean & Winnie got one of those super huge bones to share, they loved it!

Visit from Santa

Lily was a very good girl this year that she got to see Santa 3 times! He even came to our house to bring her a present and to wish her a Merry Christmas. She was fine with him and had to show him all her toys and books. When you would ask Lily what she wanted for Christmas she would tell you "Furbert (Snoopy), books, a train and Gossie & Gertie".

Thanks again Santa J for the visit. :)

Walnut room and Santa

Went downtown to have breakfast at the Walnut room and for Lily to see Santa. This was her second time visiting Santa this year. She did great sitting in line for about an hour, and then we got to see Santa and she started to cry. I felt so bad for her. It didn't help that the Santa wasn't interactive at all, it was so not worth the wait. The pictures of the tree don't do it justice, it was very beautiful! We didn't spend much time looking at the window displays this year as you really had to read them and they didn't have much movement, so Lily wasn't interested. I hope she has a better experience next year with Santa.
