End of an Era...for now!

I'm no longer a Jeep girl! :( We traded in the Wrangler for a Honda CR-V. The guys at Honda were happy to finally convert me after all these years, but I'm still a Jeep girl at heart. Everyone agrees that it's odd seeing my plate on a different black SUV. The CR-V is nice, it's just not "me". Michael is very pleased with the CR-V, especially the gas mileage (compared to the Jeep).

Finly's going strong

We went to the doctor again today. We got to hear Finly's heartbeat, everything sounds great. Michael finally got to feel Finly kick the other night! :) I'm feeling great and on target with weight and size.

I'm an aunt...again!

Natalie Austyn was born on Sunday, September 14th at 10:41am. She weighed in at 8lbs and 5oz and is 19 1/2" long. Jeremy and Lyndsey are very excited about the new addition.

"Finly" update

We now call the baby "Finly". If it's a boy his name will be Finn, and if it's a girl her name will be Lillian (Lily) = Finly. We had our 20 week ultrasound on September 10th, and everything looked great. When it came time to find out what Finly is, we looked away. We'll be waiting along with the rest of you. I'm feeling great besides a few aches and pains, but I'm not sure if it's from Finly or from the move.

We've moved!!!

We closed on Tuesday, September 9th! We're about 95% unpacked. Michael has painted the dining room and family room, installed light fixtures in the dining room, kitchen and family room. :) We've purchased the paint for the nursery already and that's next on our list. Will post before and after pictures after the rooms are complete.

Still waiting...

We haven't closed on the house yet, we're still waiting! The buyers of the townhouse are waiting for the underwriters and then we can proceed. We're hoping that it's still this week. So we're still living out of boxes and anxiously awaiting for our move.

Heartbeat!

We had a doctor's appointment on July 30th. We got to hear the heartbeat for the first time. The baby has a very strong heartbeat. I was going to post the numbers, but there are a few people that are trying everything possible to figure out if it's going to be a boy or girl. It's been said that you can do this by the heartbeat...sorry ladies! ;) We go back on the 28th, and have our 20 week ultrasound scheduled for September 9th. As of right now, we're still not planning on finding out what we're having.
